In 2020 I completed my EFT Tapping for beginners and since then have attended workshops and utilised EFT in my healing journey to move any emotions when feeling called to do so. What I found with emotions was that it wasn't simply enough to speak them out loud. This felt like going around in circles. In a recent workshop, the instructor mentioned this and solidified the experience for me. This is how I interpreted it:
Saying our feelings out loud doesn't actually get to the root of them. It can release the pressure but it won't let it go completely. This can actually lead to going around in circles. The emotions are stored in our body not in our 'mind' as such. Getting it out of the body or energetically moving it is a way to heal or move past something you might be going round in circles with.
This can be done on your own in complete silence. Or with the help of a practitioner/ healer if you can't seem to break the layers down yourself for whatever reason. Words are like an extension of what we feel, what we actually feel has no language. It's energy. Move the energy, move the problem.

How Does NFT Tapping Work? NFT tapping works by accessing the body's energy system, which is connected to the mind and emotions. By tapping on specific meridian points on the body, NFT tapping can help release negative emotions and beliefs, allowing individuals to experience greater peace, joy, and overall well-being.
During an EFT tapping session, the individual identifies a specific problem or issue they would like to work on, such as anxiety or pain. They then rate the intensity of their negative emotions or physical sensations on a scale from 0-10. The individual then taps on specific acupressure points while focusing on the negative emotions, thoughts, or memories associated with the problem. After a few rounds of tapping, the individual re-rates the intensity of their negative emotions or physical sensations. The goal is to bring the intensity down to a lower level.
