Shipping & Returns

This policy refers to the My Daily Thoughts Journal. All other products that are not physical do not apply to this section. If you have issues with any of your digital products and/or services please email hello@adelinaverse.com.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Standard delivery costs are $10 Australia wide for 1 - 2 journals & increases in intervals as the cart increases (with savings if you purchase more). If your delivery method is made by Australia Post your order can be delivered to PO Boxes. If another courier option they may or may not enable PO Box delivery.

Express delivery is available, starting at $20 for 1 - 2 journals.

For International orders Standard delivery costs are $20 for 1 - 2 journals and $50 for 3 or more.

Note: As our product is a print on demand product, we cannot offer free shipping at this time. We will however offer discounts in the future.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

We are more than happy to write instructions as instructed.  If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home responsibility is yours but contact us immediately to discuss.

Delivery is between Monday and Friday unless over the delivery method for some reason choose to deliver on a weekend.

TRACKING ORDERS

All orders within Australia automatically have tracking, you will get an email with the tracking number.  If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at hello@adelinaverse.com.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually dispatched within 7 - 16 business days – We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected. In rare cases, especially over peak periods such as Christmas Holidays or Cyber Weekend you might find delays in the production of your product.

RETURNS

Unfortunately we do not offer change of mind returns at this time. If you are really unhappy with your product, please email hello@adelinaverse.com and we will endevour to meet your needs.

FAULTY/DAMAGED PRODUCT

We do offer replacements and/or refunds for faulty or damaged products. Please provide images & details including your order packaging slip to hello@adelinaverse.com and we will process this for you.

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.
