That's why I have created - 365 days of thoughts! A journal to help you get those thoughts out, reflect & heal. I have included calming & motivational exercises to help you move through whatever it is you need to! I have also included 2 pages filled with prompts - for those days that you get stuck on what to write!
The aim is to write 1 page per day, but feel free to write 1 WORD! Whatever is going to help you get through. Whatever feels good for YOU! You might even miss some days, that is OK too.
We are human, we are here to do it our way. This is intended as a guidance for YOU! It's all about YOU.
