The Session We will begin with asking questions, where you are at and what your focus is. Followed by light breathwork and then a calming meditation to get you into a hypnotic state. This is done via WhatsApp call, you can be in comfortable clothing and preferably lying down or sitting comfortable away from any distractions or noise.
